I first came to Lewis at 38 I had never been to a Gym, could not run on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes, at 5mp, was unable to push
up 10 times and sit ups were similarly. I can now run a couple of miles with ease, the 800 meters takes 2:43. I have lost about 40 pounds, can
do 150 sit ups and push ups during a workout. Lewis worked with me and always had a new and interesting workout he scaled to me, and always
pushed my body and brain. If you are just doing the circuit then you should consider Lewis as a Personal trainer, he will vary every workout,
you will always be challenged and you will become fitter. Don't apply if you want someone who will tell you "your doing great" when in reality
